From Small Ideas to Growing Impact

What started as weekend flower arrangements in my kitchen has grown into something I never quite expected. Here's how Fashionlearnex Hub came to be—and where we're heading next.

2021

The Beginning: Flowers in My Kitchen

I never intended to start a business. Back in early 2021, I was helping friends with their wedding arrangements because, honestly, the floral shops here in Qaraçuxur were either too expensive or didn't quite capture what people wanted for their special days.

Ruslan Mammadov, founder of Fashionlearnex Hub
"I remember my first 'official' client — Leyla wanted something different for her engagement party, and traditional florists kept showing her the same three arrangements. We ended up creating something completely custom right there in her backyard. That's when I realized there was room for a different approach."
The Challenge
Limited options from established florists, inflexible packages, and high costs for personalized work.
The Solution
Mobile service that brings custom floral design directly to clients, working within their space and vision.
2023

Growing Pains and Learning Curves

By 2023, word was getting around, and I found myself juggling more events than I could handle alone. The mobile aspect was working — people loved having their arrangements done on-site — but I was burning out fast.

This is when I made what felt like a risky decision. Instead of just hiring more hands, I started thinking about how to teach others the approach that seemed to work. Not just the technical skills — anyone can learn to arrange flowers — but the client-focused mindset that made our service different.

Mobile Service Model

Developed our signature approach of working directly in clients' spaces, understanding their environment before creating arrangements.

Training Framework

Created systematic methods for teaching both technical skills and client relationship management.

Quality Standards

Established consistent processes that maintain personalized service even as we work with more clients.

2025

Where We Stand Today

Now we're something I hadn't quite planned to become — both a service provider and an educational hub. We still handle events throughout the Baku area, but we're also working with people who want to develop similar skills, whether for their own ventures or to join our growing network.

The interesting part is how these two sides of our work inform each other. Every real event teaches us something new about client needs, and that knowledge immediately goes into our training programs. It keeps everything grounded in actual practice rather than theory.

Current Services
Mobile floral services for events throughout Azerbaijan, with focus on personalized, on-site arrangements.
Educational Programs
Professional development workshops starting September 2025, combining technical skills with business practices.

Looking Forward: 2026 and Beyond

We're planning to expand our educational offerings in early 2026, focusing on practical skills that actually translate to real work. The goal isn't to create competition for ourselves — it's to raise the overall standard of personalized event services in our region.

What excites me most is the possibility of building a network of professionals who understand that great event work isn't just about making things look pretty — it's about understanding what matters to clients and delivering that consistently, even when you're working in their backyard at 6 AM.
